Mala Maslenica Ltd. is a family company from Maslenica, specialising in the rental of boats and motorboats, the organisation of private and group boat excursions and the transport of passengers by sea. We operate in the Maslenica area, the Novigrad Sea and the Zrmanja River, offering guests an authentic Adriatic experience.
Our offer includes daily boat excursions, private tours, vessel rental with or without a skipper, as well as the organisation of special events at sea such as birthday parties, hen parties and team-building events. We place special emphasis on safety, quality of service and an individual approach, with well-maintained vessels and an experienced crew. The sea is not just our job – it is part of our lives.
Our goal is to give guests a relaxed, safe and unforgettable experience of the sea and the Zrmanja River canyon, far from the crowds, surrounded by the natural beauty this region has to offer.
We are a small family company, and also the crew of boat Helena. We are not intermediaries or a large agency. With us, guests communicate directly with the owners and crew, which means faster communication, flexibility and a personal approach from the first contact to the return to port.
The crew of boat Helena consists of an experienced captain and family members with excellent knowledge of the local waters. They are recognised for their professionalism, responsibility and approachability, and their knowledge of English and German ensures that every moment of your journey passes comfortably and without language barriers.
We grew up on this sea and know the hidden coves, ideal sailing times and the unique features of these waters. This means a safer, calmer and better-quality excursion for our guests.

On our excursions, children are not just passengers – they are part of the adventure. A crew member with a completed education as a preschool educator and years of experience working with children is present on board. Through games, creative activities and socialising she ensures that our youngest guests feel safe, relaxed and included in the whole experience.

The safety of our guests is always our priority. All vessels are regularly maintained and equipped with all necessary equipment in accordance with the requirements of the Croatian Register of Shipping and the harbour master's office, so that every cruise is safe and carefree.
Boat Helena, built as a fishing vessel – a traditional trawler, is exceptionally sturdy and reliable. The crew consists of an experienced captain and family members with excellent knowledge of the local waters, who, with their command of English and German, ensure that every moment of your journey passes comfortably and safely.
When renting vessels we monitor weather forecasts and take safety into account. We provide guests with the necessary instructions and support so that their sailing is safe, relaxed and carefree.
A wonderful trip! The captain was really kind, the weather was perfect and all the views were beautiful! There was also a swimming stop and lunch in Novigrad. It was the best excursion we had on our trip to Croatia. Worth every cent :-) and greetings to the captain and his family!

On the last day we went on the boat and it was the highlight. The route was excellent, the food was good and plentiful, and the captain was friendly and entertaining. There was so much to see, and it is a must for fans of Winnetou. Absolutely fantastic value for money and highly recommended.
Beautiful excursion, guide Hrvoje was excellent, breakfast croissants, pastries, fresh fruit, juices, lunch at the restaurant, cruising on boat Helena, fantastic scenery. Swimming in coves, jumping from the boat into the sea... something for everyone... in short, an excursion to be recommended... and repeated.
